黒田五寸人参は、その名の通り五寸サイズ（約15センチ）の人参です！
昔からある固定種野菜で、今スーパーで売られている一般的な人参もこの品種をもとに作られたと言われています。
味も濃く、甘味があり温州みかんと同じぐらいの糖度があるとされ、人参嫌いの方でも食べられる美味しさです✨
在来農場では、
黒田五寸人参のほかに、
“コズミックパープル”
“金時人参”
“アマリロキャロット”
“グニフキャロット”
“スノーホワイト”
など様々な人参も栽培しており、
季節ごとにいろんな品種の人参が楽しめます♪
